In Taldykorgan, at the Youth Resource Center from December 19 to 23, 2022, seminars and trainings were held for civil servants, young professionals and students. The training courses were organized by the Department of Public Development of the Zhetysu region jointly with the NGO "Center for Sustainable Development Oshak" as part of the "School of Young Politicians".

Objective of the project:

- Improving the political qualifications and oratory skills of representatives of the civil service, young professionals and active students;

- mental preparation and presentation literacy training for speakers in front of an audience and leaders working with the population;

- training in an innovative format of full-spectrum performances.

The project "Organization of the activity of the school of young politicians" is aimed at creating a personnel reserve of future managers of the Zhetysu region, building a new system of support for young people who are ready to work in local government and local government.
